Refund Policy

You have a 14-day withdrawal period, allowing you, without giving any reason, to return the delivered product to JAGVI, 11 rue des Saints Pères, 75006 Paris, France. IMPORTANT: No return will be accepted if the returned product is unsuitable for resale. To exercise this right, the Buyer must first contact customer service. contact@jagvi.euA confirmation acknowledging receipt of this return request will be sent to you by email. Products purchased from the collection during promotional and sale periods will also be eligible for return or exchange.

You have 15 days to notify us if the product received is not the product ordered: incorrect item number, size, color, or features; a completely different product; or a defective product. Return requests must be made to our customer service department. contact@jagvi.eu  
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return request. Upon delivery of the product, you have 15 days to return it to JAGVI, 11 rue des Saints Pères, 75006 Paris, France. After this period, your return will be refused. We recommend using a tracked shipping method (Colissimo) so that our customer service department can provide you with a return authorization number. After your package has been received and accepted by our team, depending on the nature of the product, available stock, and your preference, we will offer to resend you the originally ordered product or an equivalent replacement. If you have chosen to receive a refund, the full amount of your order (product(s) + shipping costs if your order consists of only one product) will be credited back to the account debited within 15 days of your return being accepted. Upon presentation of proof of the costs incurred, our customer service department will process the refund by sending a check or crediting your account. Please note: The refund amount will be based on the current standard rates published by La Poste for tracked Colissimo parcels. The maximum refund amount cannot exceed €15 including VAT.

Products purchased from the collection during promotional and sale periods will only be accepted for return and exchange; refunds are not issued on discounted items. Only full-price items are eligible for return and refund at the Buyer’s request.
