THE ORDERS
When you create a customer account on jagvi.eu, we record in our system all the information we need to process an order: your first and last name, your email, your postal address and your telephone number to inform you of the progress of your order.
All this data is transmitted to our various service providers who do their best to ensure your package arrives at your address on time. Our logistics partner needs this information to prepare the package, and the carrier needs it to deliver it to you.
These service providers are strictly prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than processing your order. They must delete the data from their databases once the package processing is complete. These providers store the data in data centers in Europe.
In the event of a delivery outside of Europe, your data and address must be transmitted to the logistics department of the carrier that will make the delivery.

You also have the option of giving us your consent to use your email address to send you our delightful newsletters. These newsletters aim to keep you informed about JAGVI news, invite you to carefully curated events, or offer you product deals.
